Below is a list of the custom tools we have built for Ark: Survival Evolved. These tools will help you quickly and easily generate the code you need to customize your Ark server. Because of the enormous number of customizations possible and the sheer size of some of the code used to do so, we have created a handful of smaller tools rather than one or two giant ones.
And don't forget, most of these settings apply just the same to Single Player & Non-Dedicated Sessions on Windows, Linux, and Mac! For detailed information on finding the customization files for these situations, or for a general overview of what customization can do for you, please see this page: Balancing Ark
Custom web-based tool for generating the customization code required to add custom levels and engram points to Ark Dedicated Servers.
Want to adjust the harvest amount for the Base Resources? Or perhaps adjust the spoiling time for various items? Check out this tool! It will allow you to quickly and easily generate the code needed to modify your ark server with your customized options!
Our tool for customing Charater & Dino stats will also allow you to adjust some structure stats as well. The stats that are affected by this tool include the Xp multiplier for experience awarded per action, as well as the critical stats for Dinos, Players, and Structures. These stats include resistance to incoming damage, multipliers for damage dealt per attack, stamina, food, and water drain, as well as healing rate multiples.
With this tool you can configure fundamental taming factors. You can adjust the multiple for the taming time to make it faster to tame Dinos, and you can choose which Dinos are and are not tameable.
This tool will allow you to adjust the overall spawn multiplier, thus either increasing or decreasing the rate at which Dinos spawn in the game. You can also choose to disable or substiute the spawn of Dinos. For example you could disable the spawning of Raptors and replace Dilo spawns for Dodo spawns. In fact, you can do all three of these things and more.
Changing Engram level requirements, point costs, disabling prerequisites, and even disabling the engrams themselves, can be done quickly and easily with this tool. Adjust the options for the engrams, click the button, and you have your code.
When Players, Tamed Dinos, and Wild Dinos level up there is a choice of a stat to increase. If you adjust these values you can control the amount of the increase. For example, you would normally get an extra 10 points on Health if you click the + for it on level up. Set the corresponding multiplier to 2.0, you'll get 20 points instead.
